Star Control 2 was bloody awesome. You can get it as freeware now, although its been renamed to The Ur-Quan Masters.

Panzer Dragoon, Descent: Destination Saturn, Captain Comic, Avoid the Noid, Baldies, Darkwolf, Sky Roads, Hugo's House of Horrors 1 2 and 3, I know there are a few more I just cannot remember them.

Man I miss being a kid. Enjoyed games so much more back then.
