NPC

Need very basic help.
I was searching here and over, this board and not only.
And I cannot find any help!

How do I create a NPC character? I want the guy to appear on the map, but there are no event command to show actor (character) on the map. And I don't want to create enemy- it should be a guy to talk with! Help!!!

Go into the Event Editor mode, and double click where you want the event to be placed. Double click the blank box in the Event Window that pops up, and select your NPC.

You might want to take a look at some basic tutorials in the tutorials section.
