Can someone plaese tell me how to make a sort of nighttime effect on rmxp?

Use the tint screen event command. Take all the color sliders down a couple notches, but have blue slightly higher than the rest. Also, take the saturation slider down a few notches. Colors are less vivid at night.

Throw the tint screen command into a parallel process event and let fly.
