Newby need help: Combat system and styles /NPC Problem

Hello i'm really a noob and its my 3rd day that i use RPG Maker VX.

the problem is the battle system... i want it like in the game named "Blacklion"
that i can see small charackter pictures with hp/mp... and the hp of the monster..
...and a funktion like autobattle.

if there is a script pls tell me and how to use it.


at least is there a way to get the menues without troubles like this: http://www.rmxp.org/forums/index.php?to ... 33.0  (first 3 picture)?

EDIT: how to make a Npc wich tell u: fight with me..  <then the fight>  and after winning ok too strong and the npc is removed forever but at loosing hes back on his old position?
        i have it allready but after winning and hes deleted.. hes back after a teleport. what do i need to do for a permanent delete?
