Newbie question

Ok I don't really know if I'm in the right section, but bare with me here cause I really want to know how to do this. Ok I just wanna ask how do you edit the ripped sprites I found, into side view battler for the Minkoff system? Is it just a matter of copy and paste into rows and colums for the 11 poses over another side view battler sheet? Oh and if the sprites I found are too small, how do you make them bigger so they can fit in with the other battlers I have? It would be really great if someone can help me answer all these questions. Perhaps maybe even a tutorial? Well thanks for wasting your time reading my newbie question. = )

Yes

open it up in .bmp editor, click the little dotted rectangle, drag it over the sprite, then grab the corner and stretch it.

bmp is the paint editor.
Thats wierd that you get an outline, specialy if you are only stretching a little...
post the before and after files so we can see exactly whats happening :)

I think he is on about the white border you get when you pull the layer across or maybe not? guessing that because he said he can't erase it.

? when importing did you left click the border, as that makes it transparent?
I'm not sure exactly what's been happening to his image, but I'd guess that making the white border transparent would make the real background colour opaque instead - if that's the case, he'll need to fill the white bit with the background colour in Paint.

Well i tried doing what he said he did and it worked fine for me, so unless it is the transparency I cannot figure out the problem he is having.

I open paint and drag the image into it, then I click Image tools and then stretch/skew then the first two I change equally.

It is normally 100% on width and height, so change it to whatever but width and height must be the same in paint.

after I have stretched/skewed it I save as (whatever you want to name it) with file type PNG then I open RMXP and insert it into it's necessary folder, then it comes up with the window to chose transparency I left click the border (color around the sprite) and it's done.

If this doesn't work PM me a demo with the script and your battlers and I will fix it.
