New to Forum, need help with a script...PLEASE!

ok, let me introduce myself kind've... Im swicked, I am a music producer and graphic designer so those are my strengths..( BTW Im willing to offer my services for tradeoff help) I am a bit late to the RPG maker XP party, however I want to create a gaming portfolio. Not trying to be a programmer ,just a creator if that makes sense. Anywhoo, Ive scoured the forum for scripts to modify and have come up short. I want to create a 2 splash screen intro before the title screen (have that code working) but want the BGM to start once the splash opens and continue on through the title screen. Also I need the title screen to be animated (with 10 frames,individual pics ,similar to gif) Ive found parts of scripts but when i try to put em together I get errors...Any help is appreciated either way...
