Well earlier today while i was boared, i decided to mess around whith it a bit and i came up whith this

I sort of wanted the template to be a bit more realistic than other templates.
So any sort of criticisms are welcome.

Arms too short, could do with the head being changed.

I wouldn't use it, but I guess it looks good.

Yes, the arms are too short.
And with those eyes, they're look like bad guys.

Imo your old template was better. You're trying to put far too much detail on that sprite. The trick to sprites is simplifying. And yes arms are waaaaaaay too short. Your hand should hit around mid thigh. It seems to end at the waist and the toros area is far too large compared to the rest. I'd go back to the orginal and just lengthen the ars. The issue with the orginal is that it looks like the wrist is attached at the eldbow and you're missing the lower arm.
