New Card Game! HELP NEEDED!

This is based on FF characters. I kind of made this game up by mixing a few different type games. This is a large request and may take the help of multiple different scripters.

Object of the Game
The goal of the game is to get your opponent's HP down to 0 or when there is no more cards the opponent can play. The player starts with 200HP(#subject to change). The player's HP cannot be healed or brought back at all. You attack the player's cards and when you destroy a card, the MAX HP of the card you destroyed is subtracted from the player's HP. For example, lets say you have 200 HP and your Knight card (which has 50 HP) is destroyed, then 50 HP is subtracted from your total, which makes it 150HP.​

Types of Cards
Character Cards
Character cards are various characters from FF.
-Black Mage: Can cast Fire,Thunder,Blizzard
-White Mage: Can cast Cure, life, esuna, protect and shell
-Red Mage: Fire, thunder, blizzard, cure, life, esuna, protect and shell
-Knight: If both numbers are even or both numbers are odd, then multiply them together.
-Blue Mage: do the EXACT damage of one of the opponents attacks on the opponent.
-Dragoon Knight:Multiply the higher numbered die by the lower numbered die.
-Dark Knight:Same as the knight except can also cast dark on your opponents.
-Chocobo Knight: Evasion is much higher. Attacks by the sum of both die. When attacking the Chocobo Knight, the sum of both die must be equal to or exceed 6 or the attack will fail. All class bonuses are nulled (for example, if a knight gets a 2 and a 4, the sum = 6 so the attack attacks for 0. You don't get to multiply them together)
-Necromancer: Can cast dark magic. Death, dark, poison.
-Templar Knight: Same as the knight except can also cast cure.
-Monk: Attacks normally but has a chance to counter. If the sum of the dice is below 5, then the same amount of damage is done to the attacker.

Esper Cards
-Ifrit: Firaga (Firaga, blizzaga and thundaga double the amount on the dice). If the sum of the die more than 8, does double damage bonus
-Shiva: Blizzaga. If the sum of the die is more than 8, does double damage bonus
-Bahamut: Flare. If the sum of the dice is more than 8, does triple damage.
-Kirin: Curaga. Casts cure on all characters.
-Odin: Roll the dice. If the sum is greater than 5, then you get to destroy one of your opponents cards. Once you use Odin once (failure OR success) he is destroyed also.

Bonus Cards
You get a bonus card when you roll a double. They are in a different stack. Counts as a turn when using it (except for haste)
-Overdrive/Limit Break: Must use it on your next action. Triple the amount on the dice. (Can use for curing also)
-Self-Destruct: Can use whenever (or not at all). Destroy one of your own cards (but it doesn't affect your HP) and have it affect your opponents HP.
-Desperation: Can only use when players HP is below 50. Next attack is doubled (no matter what card uses it) and is done to all cards.
-Blitz: Can use whenever. If sum of dice is below 4, then attack misses. If sum is below 8, attack is doubled. If above 8, attack is tripled.
-Haste: Gets 2 extra actions. Does not count as an action when using it.
-Slow: Opponent loses 2 actions
-Ultima: Double the number on dice and cast it on all players.

Monster Cards
Monster Cards are the weakest, but sometimes have some nice abilities.
-Ahriman: Flying creature. Has no special features.
-Behemoth: If sum of dice is more than 8, attack is doubled
-Bomb: Casts Fire or self-destruct.
-Cactuar: When attacking cactaur, if sum of dice is less than 6, attack misses. High evasion.
-Cockatrice:No special effects
-Flan: All physical attacks against it are halfed, all magic is doubled.
-Marlboro: Can cast bad breath and normal attacks.
-Tonberry: Can cast stab. If sum is more than 7, attack is doubled.

General Gameplay
Starting the game
The game starts out with 2 stacks. The player card stack and the bonus card stack. Inside the player card stack, there are 3 types of card. Character, Esper, and Monster. The cards are shuffled and then 6 are dealt out to each player (only 2 players per game). Each player rolls the die and the player that gets the highest number goes first.

Playing the game
Each player has six cards. He also has 4 actions per turn (unless you get more from a bonus card). You cannot use a card more than once. So, lets say for example, that you have a black mage, knight, ahriman, ifrit, marlboro, and tonberry. You can do 4 attacks, but none twice. So once you use ahriman, you cannot use his attack again.
To attack a player, you roll 2 dice. (This also works with curing too). The object is to kill as many cards as possible (because this lowers the Players HP) When you kill a card, it gets sent to the discard pile and can only be brought back out by the use of life. When you do use life, you DO NOT get the Players HP back, but you still lose HP when the card dies again.
When you lose a card, a space is opened up. You draw from the player card pile to fill it. If there are no more player cards to draw from, then the space remains. If you destroy all of the opponents cards, you win.

Bonus cards have their own spot, the seventh card slot. You can only hold one at a time, and if you roll another double, then you get to choose which to keep (one must be discarded)

That's it for now. I use the SDK. things that are important are:
1)If it's possible, make 2-3 different levels of AI (easy and hard)
2)Make it possible to change the reward from winning. For example, if a person says "If you beat me! I'll give you this sword!" and you win, the next time, he should say "Do you just wanna play for money?" or something like that.
3)I can do all the graphics.
