Thanks for your help.

Ok, that's pretty amazing modding... One thing you could do to mke it even more amazing is add realistic looking lighting and shadows o_O
Whoever said that it looks blurry or doesn't fit is just taking a piss.

He's talking about me and out of context. He was asking whether it was good enough for commercial release and I said in my opinion that the characters didn't fit well enough with the foreground and that they are a bit blocky and smudgy, I never mentioned blurry. Commercial graphics also need to 100% original, and call me cynical but I'm not 100% convinced 100% of this is made from scratch. The characters particularly look like they are rips and have had a photoshop filter applied.

edit@ finished game will be looking more detailed. Thise gfx is enough for alpha testing etc

If these graphics aren't even the graphics you intend to use it seems rather redundant to ask for feedback on whether people would be willing to buy a game that looks like this, no?

No becasue their answer give me an idea of a good direction. Is there anything wrong with that?

Well they might look like they are rips since they arent 100% original looking, but I wouldn't call them photoshop filtered. The only thing that's wrong with them is the hair shine, which doesn't fit as of now because there isnt proper light/shadow.
By the way even if they are rips, they are still a lot better than any pixel char 40x32 in a regular RMXP game. Though I would like to see them animated, because the problem with making detailed gfx is that you also need to animate it with a larger FPS.

Albeit illegal. He was asking if it was good enough to retail like I said before.

Jason

Awesome Bro

If they aren't rips, they're pretty decent, although they DO seem a little blurry, lol.

However, I honestly don't see why you're asking if they're good/bad, when you won't be using them anyway ?

But whatever, like I said, if they AREN'T rips, they're pretty decent.
