Need Vampire Script and Beserk Script - Vampire as a Party Member

Okay, so the title mightn't be that good, but for my game, I'm using Eharper's Dynamic Weather and Time System V.4, and I need a script addon for a vampire and werewolf.
So, If the werewolf is outside during day, he is not a werewolf, not beserk and not as strong, but at night he is beserk, and strong.
The vampire if left outside during day slowly looses HP on the map. He will stay at an Inn until it is night, or until the player obtains a special item for him to use.

I don't see how as they need to correspond with the weather script. Although, if you do have a valid method, please share and don't just announce you can do it.
