basicly i made calculation based from camera move (XCAM) if xcam reached the x < 0 limit or x > max x and i begin my calculation. i made these mistake just when enemy still far and i begin to control my actor then the window not move at all (IN the center by default) so i need better calculation for x, y window movement and i'll greatly thanks and credit you if you do. btw i'm sorry for my bad grammar
