Need Some Help with a Boss Battle!

I'm having a little bit of trouble figuring out some aspects of a major boss battle, and I'm hoping someone here can help me with it.

The boss itself is broken up into five different parts, with the main part, the one you really have to beat, being invincible so long as the other four parts are still alive. The problem is, I can't turn off the invincibility once the other parts are dead. I've tried using an invisible copy of the boss and having him appear when the four parts die, but it just isn't working out. Here's what I have for the eventing.

I probably messed up somewhere there, I'd be lying if I said I fully understood every aspect of conditional branches. Any help would be immensly appreciated!
 
Thank you for posting a screenshot. As noted elsewhere, I think the problem comes in with the fact that this event is only set to run on turn 1. It needs to be set to run on turn 1 + 1, that is, every turn.
 
Nope, it still isn't working...I thought maybe it was the way I had overlapped the conditional branches, I can never tell when I should do that or when I should have them seperate, but that didn't work either.

Now I'm thinking that if I could change the main part's defense stat, but that doesn't seem to be an option in the editor. This is...kinda driving me insane.
