Need Opinion - Spriters Help!

they both look like cloud with blue hair as afore mentioned, and the 2nd template looks like you haphazardly pulled frames from chrono trigger, but only for half of the walk cycle.

Nope the original character was megaman from one of megaman series games. All I did was follow the outline with black, shade in the middle with skin tone, and started from there. The only part of the character that is from chrono trigger, is the hair, that is Janus's hair style.

He rather looks like he's iceskating and not walking.  I dunno...I don't tend to lunge when I walk.

I suggest putting more shadow and shine effects into the pic. Perhap,s the try do something about the sideways hair, it looks... not right. Make the front peaces larger.

You cant have the elongated run animation without it seem like ice-skating. Take out one of the steps.

Ok the hair I think is ok for the moment but I will look over it. As for the ice-skating animation, yeah I can't seem to fix it even thou I barely see it in most of the time.

So before I start making that into a bare template that I can use I want some feedback as to how it moves. So please plug it into game and let me know.
