Need help scripting!!!

I Am a total noobie to this program, so if someone could give me a general explanatin of the scripting program, and possibly a good script, then i will luv you foreever

Have you looked at the RMXP help manual yet? A lot of good references there.

If you're not too familiar with programming in general, then learning RGSS will be hard. Especially, if you don't know your way around Ruby. Coding can't be taught in a day (well I think it took Trickster like 10 hours, but he's a lover of the Pandas, so special gifts are endowned to him). If you're looking for a scripting made easy response, you won't find it.

I can't ever seem to find any more tutorials than the three on dubealex/Creation Asylum (hope the third gets finished faster) that teach as good as that... >< Wonder where Trickster and Blizzard learned to script...

One of the best ways to learn is to start with a simple script, like a CMS, and just try to edit it around o_ob

The most helpful one for me when I was learning RGSS, was: http://www.gamingw.net/forums/index.php?topic=19617.0 (RGSS for Dummies)
If I could recommend one to start with, that'd be it (you have to browse through the posts to find the next one in the series - I had copied and reformatted the entire thing and put it on RMXP.net, but of course that's gone now ).
Then you can move on to other tutorials if you wish.
