need help editing a script

I had this script written for me by Raziel and now i want to edit it for later one in my game

I've managed to get all but a couples of things working

first of all, i want it to display the name of the realm, not the name of the actor

IE:
Database_Monster = ["Fire","Earth"]

and then have it display that when the switch is on

Edit: This part works fine now, just need the name part:
And the other thing was, when the switch is on, and you select the realm and say yes to going there, it teleports you to a particular map

This is resolved now
