Need Advance Classes System

Hello everyone!I need a Advanced Classes System!I will make an example of a character called Asterix:

---Asterix---
Race:Human
Class:Warrior
That is the part one:Race.
Now part 2:Inter. Classes

To be a paladin you need to have Warrior and Monk in rank 20

Part 3:Advanced Classes:

To b a hero you need to have Paladin and another intermediate class at rank 20.

Now what i want:

Thats all...Then explain me how to make the classes needed other basics class and etc...
