Need a spriter

uh..im new here, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I have a 300 character sprite package, and i need it to be in a CTB format (4 characters across by 11 down, also have examples of this). problem is, whenever i try to make a sprite sheet, the result always jumps around on the screen.

anyone have a template of where to place the sprites so that there are no 'jitters', or is anyone willing to share this project?

Just use a grid and evenly center the images.

GraphicsGale is the program you want for grids and that sort of thing. It's free, with extra functions if you really feel like paying $12. The grids are still there, though. The only problems I've had with it are that I haven't found a way to make the canvas smaller or scale images without using the mouse, which is always sloppy.
