Let me explain the situation, in my game u can change into the hero by pressing a button, i need a way to make it so that when in hero mode a little bar goes down and thats how long u get, also it recharges slowly, also u get more time as u gain level and new powers, plese help me, ill be eternally grateful.

I think you can do it using events, expect for "little bar" I think, because it makes much more works - but you can take it for i.e someone's hud?.
and if you want that time increase when you gain levels, you should create some formula, for the example: Time=Level^2+(New_Powers+STH)/2
