Need a CMS

Hi, I need a CMS which is styled like FFVIII. I need a lot of re-writes of Status and Equipment as well, so bear with me.

This is what I want the main menu to look like:

The "Refine" and "M. Refine" are crafting, using PrexCraft. If you need the call script, I'll give it to you.
The white box next to the character is their face portrait.

Here's what I want the magic menu to look like:

And that's about it. If anyone could do this for me, that would be great. I also have a few questions: Since I only wanna use 3 party members, can anyone direct me to a script that changes that?
Also, I need an easy to set up sideview battle system, preferably ATB, and there seems to be so many. Can anyone direct me to one that the recommend?
