Need 2 characters in RMXP style

I need the following two characters in RMXP style. Not just porting graphic into RMXP format, cuz then it wouldn't match the characters from the RMXP RTP.

With without the um...how's it called. The grey thing that covers his face, would be better without it though.

The brown haired girl in the lower left corner.

Of course, you will be credited properly in the game.

Also, posting characters you find on the web that look similar are welcome, as long as there is no problem with the original author.
