All the talk of titles made me want to knock one up myself quickly. I obviously used tree brushes but there are no images in there or anything like that.

That is nice Calibre, but imo you might want to go and do a small touch up in the lake to have like a reflection of the trees in the mountains, the sun rise or set to make it more realistic in the aspect of paintings. Think Bob Ross and how he paints(providing you know who I'm talking about). Any way very good title/panorama. Keep it up.

I think you need a reflection too not entirely sure about the purple water, but the gradient at the top and the affect it has looks really nice.

A reflection would be good, and one little thing that I noticed that was the far side of the water... well where the land meets the water, that is like perfectly straight... XD

Also, I like the effect, but the color of the reflection is a little... not believable contrasting...

But the title looks pretty good anyway!

I have not seen you make titles before, good job!

I think I might make one... just because everyone else is XD

I think everyone is right about the reflection.... when I sober up I may well add one.. .hope I saved it as a psd file! Otherwise more work... boo...

As for the purple reflection Kraft I'd have to disagree, it's not a "real" image and I think that tone exaggerates the atmosphere I am trying to set. The same goes for the horizon of the lake... I prefer a straight image, though it would be easy to dither it if everyone else suggested it looked wrong like that.

Very nice Calibre, but you mountains don't cast shadows onto the water, i quickly did this for you:-

You would probably have to make shorter shadows though...but you get the point :P

Everyone has said and I said I'll get on adding it when I'm capable!

Alternatively, i you like it and you wan't to use it, I guess you could just use Macs!

I did just realsie something though... I'm pretty sure all of these title screens that get made... how mnay of them actually ever get used in any way! :P Ahh well... It makes for good practice!

OK, I made the changes to the reflection and worked on the lighting and blending a little bit, it's updatede in the first post.

I have also made three variations to the original one in case they are any more beneficial to anyone. I've added a single hue, A vibrant, smoky variation and a more spooky one. As shadowfox said, they would probably be more useful as backdrop images for opening scenes in games etc.

I like the new variations alot more. I especially like the volcanic one, the colours are fantastic and would make a brilliant back drop for many different areas in an rmxp game.

I'd like to see more titles/gameovers/backdrops from you and maybe even some panaramas ^_^

Thanks huys, if the singgle tone hues and helpful to people then maybe I could add some more variations like that too... I guess they would work pretty well as a backdrop...
