OK, here's my overview:
-There are a LOT of problems, such as lag, tileset errors, glitches, etc. You should concentrate on fixing this before you go any further in the story.
-You need a story. So far . . . there isn't one. It's just "Go fight!" without any motives or reasons.
-There was some error when it tried to install the fonts. I'm not sure if it's something I did or didn't do, but it's something that should be fixed or noted.
-Don't concentrate on sprites or new Pokemon until you fix the above issues.
-I love being able to have Ralts as a starter Pokemon. I don't like most grass, fire, or water Pokemon. It would certainly give your game something unique if you decide to keep the current starter Pokemon.
-You need to work on your grammar.
-I like what you do with the "unique" Pokemon, but you should try making it less . . . obvious. Include it as an aspect, not as a second thought.
If you're serious about making this game, then I think you could make a very good one. There is a lot of potential, but it needs some fixes.
