IMPROVEMENTS/SUGGESTIONS:It seems like you pillowshaded on the side of the shoes(Side view), try and fix that. The hair's shading is off. And some other spots of the skirt is pillow shaded.

because it was made my me. LAR wanted to see if i could match the style as i have just started the team. And this is my first sprite in this style as i have only been spriting for 2-3months.

Can peole plz tell what pillow shading is?

Now, on to critique:
I'm not too sure about the face you've got on there - it looks artificial and it's kind of Uncanny Valley.
The skirt also could do with another shade - as it is, it only uses two shades.
The boots, especially on the side, need to be reshaded, as they're just mimicking the template, which is shaded to show the bones under the feet.
That's basically it, but I'd recommend that your artist take a close look at the whole thing and see what needs to be reworked.
EDIT:
Pillow shading is when you shade progressively to the center with the darkest shades on the edges, then going in again with progressively lighter shades. It looks horrible on anything except pillows.

Well, realistic shading.
For examples, look at the work of Venetia, Showkaizer, Nphyx, Akaire, etc...
the HKCP Elites should be a great reference.
