My first Tileset - Please rate

Hey Guys,
I just started spriting a few months ago and now i tried on a tileset. it's quite incomplete but i would like some feedback on it. feel free to rate^^

@zavoira: well...it WAS for an upcoming project^^
me and some guys from rpg-xp.net wanted to create a zelda project which is a tutorial, covering spriting, mapping, eventcoding, storywriting and so on but we cancelled it because we were not motivated enough^^ maybe we will pick it up again and relaunch it.

The only thing I don't like about it is that the stand for the bird is not very shaded. It needs more colors (or more contrast between the colors). Right now it looks like two colors. Everything else is great!

@gorechild: just try the tutorials that are listed somewhere at rmxp.org. that's the way i learned it^^

@stevo: that wall is kind of weird...i started first with the basic dithering and then tried some photoshop filters *please don't kill me for using filters xD*

I can't believe I didn't see this.This is excellent. Especially the way you did the first building .the general structure of it is very nice. I'll probably reference that for a future project =). I love what you did with the roof . It's a very interesting rendition of what reminds of "A link to the past" . (Can't remember the town name for the life of me though) . I won't critique since your not finishing it But to comment on the filter, well to be honest it throws off the continuity. I can't explain here becuse it would take too long but throw me a PM if you want some pixel texture tips . I gots plenty. I do hope to see more of your work around here =)

I referenced A link to the past for the roof, that's right^^
The town that i tried to remake is supposed to be hyrule, the capital of Ocarina of Time.
If you won't critique it, maybe you never will because i won't finish it as i said before. i got much to do besides spriting.

It looks awsome! But wait a second...... If it's hyrule from Ocarina of Time..... than why is the bird statue there? Wasn't that from Kakoriko in a Link to the Past? Or is my memory playing tricks on me?

@vitreous: the bird statue is from a link to the past^^ i just mixed it up with hyrule so that i can use the tileset for different and unique towns. the gate is from link to the past too.
