My First Sprite yay!!!
Incase you didn't read the huge bold title this is my first sprite, so feel free to tell me how stupid and anti-spicey it look lol. Only the front view is finished so far... I'll keep updating it but this is what it looks like so far:

The palette is very strange. Some bits have not enough contrast and some have too much contrast. It creates such an effect that it is hard to tell what it is supposed to be. It looks kinda like the Michelin man in a marshmallow suit. Why don't you tell us what it is supposed to be so we can help you make it look like that.

Finally some guesses my Michelin man in a marshmallow suit (jk lol).
Well it is suposed to be a guard of some sort. And the marshmellow suit was supossed to be armor...
