I don't think it's to bad at all, maybe some more shading on the head and thighs, but if this is really your sprite, and not a rip of someone else's the, good job
I like it overall, I don't know much about spriting seeing as I have recently just started as well but his boots seem too light for his over all physique and what I can imagine as his persona maybe make his boots a shade darker, he also seems like a gladiator or ruffian or soemthing of the sort so I don't think his skin would be as pale since a Gladiator or Ruffian would be in the sun more often.
Oh poop. I thought you made the head. I was about to praise you alot, because it is quite the "shit". But anywho, I like the shoulder pads in v2 better then v3, but that's just me, the wrist bands still look funny. Sorry that I'm not much help... very sleepy. Keep it up.
I like this sprite though I cant help but thinking the shoulder pads and wrist straps look a little "inflated"? Like as if they've been blown up... I think to combat this the shading could be made a little less rounded.
contrast referrs to the difference between colors. So I think (I could be wrong here) to up contrast, increase the difference between the colors on your pallets.
