My first attempt at a Character

This is my first attempt (as you can tell from the title) at making any type of sprite really. Pretty basic stuff... I shave my head so I am gonna leave my character bald and he has no shoes yet either. Just trying to get some C&C on what I have so far.

Looks pretty good so far man, you have some pillow shading though so you need to fix that up (happens to all of us the start), for the standing side frames i don't think the chest muscles should be seen since you can't on the standing frontal.. well that and he's wearing a baggy shirt it seems, the change to feet look weird to me, i have not tested but just by looking at them they seem to work for the frontal but not for the side frames, because the feet for the 2nd and 4th frames are smaller, other than that i think it's going good, keep working on it bro.

Agreed. But on the side-views he looks like he is wearing a hoody.O_o
