My custom animations won't display

Hi, I tried making custom animations for attacks, 20 frames apiece, and when I goto test the battle out, there will be a quick white flash, and not my animation. Please help :/

Didnt tested it, but looking in the database, I think you have to set the right animation for the right weapon. That way, you can change your attack animation, without having to use a skill.

Hmm, where exactly are you showing the animation? In a skill or by a weapon? Are you sure the enemy you're attacking doesn't have a set target animation?

Well I'm trying to do this by skills, and the animations I'm trying to get to show are the enemy's.

In the default battle system for vx, if an enemy uses a skill on a player, there will be no animation shown.

Yeah, although I don't see why you would need animations since the actors don't have battle sprites, just names. Unless it's a full screen animation...
