I cant shade... franken'ed his hand... but what do you think?

Well, it would depend on the shade, the outline should be a shade of the color your outlining.

I like it, except it looks incomplete without gloves or something else on the arms. Is it for a particular character?

I'd love to use Tana's battler templates, but with only three poses to choose from I worry how it would look in-game.
