Pretty nice. Although the lines are a little messy. It looks like you traced over an original image with an added layer in photoshop, though.

I advice really looking at those fingers, those suffer badly from the messy lines. Or at least worse than other parts. The overall pictuce seems quite nice, but upon closer inspection, it has a whole lot of errors. I suggest attempting to fix those.

It looks like you shattered every time you had to draw the girl's skin ... you're ashamed ? *lol*

Okay seriously, you need to fix the outlines and better redo the coloration. If you want to 'copy' an image you drew, you're better off using the path tool, rather than the pencil tool you obviously used.

I agree with bluescope, use the path or pen tool, its actually much easier to use around corners and works quite well, there are some tutorials about using it, search for tracing anime with pen tool or something and youll find some good links im sure
