There are no transparency problems per se; but what I believe Nphyx talking about is the fact that you have blurring in the battlers. RMXP doesn't really accept it well. Its okay for animations as long as you use a black background and additive blending, but for battler sprites and other such things it probably won't look good when imported, as the blurry bit will become opaque. Theres a transparent colour and a translucent colour and thats it. No fuzziness allowed. (and not even the former colours can be selected when your saved mode is RGB colour)Hellkey":plb3c236 said:@Nphyx : I don't know Graphics Gale ,Can you show me?
I never see that have a Graphics for pixel art,for chars and battlers.
What's transparency problems ? I really save file .PNG .
I'll try to make better
Hrm ,Not girl ,not bishie too . I really draw too bad for you to recognize .The girls (1st battler is a girl, right? or just a bishie?) summoning of blades reminds me distinctly of Gilgamesh from Fate Stay Night and his noble phantasm.
You don't neccesarily have to listen to peoples program recommendations; if you feel comfortable in Paint, then go for it. I'm a hardcore Photoshop devotee myself, but at the end of the day, you must select your own tools.

I don't know who Gilgamesh from Fate Stay Night is .
I'm fan of Castlevania ,i want my char get the same style .If you know Castlevania ,you'll see .
Besides not hard to find some guys resemble each others .
Is Fate Stay Night action game like Castlevania ?
If it is ,I'll check it .I'm boring b/c can't get the new ver of Castlevania.
You's right, but If have tool more useful than Paint ,why don't use? With the battlers i need to both PS and Paint(inconvenient)
On web infos, I found GIMP can help the same .(though I haven't used yet,but I 'll test .)
.@Valcrist : I intended like your idea but I missed and Now the battler finished , lazy again
I'm making Castlevania's battlers ,hope can show soon
I didn't read your first rely carefully (B/c the words "girl","bi" really bother me :-\) .Well,The summon looks like mine .Probably not your cup of tea, but here's what I'm talking about- Gilgamesh's blades
First I'll finish main chars but don't worry ,I try to get more chars of castlevania as can ;Dwhat characters from Castelvania you're making now? I hope it would be Sylphia Belnandes
You're serious ,I alway keep all commentsthese are tips if you hate me for tips you are very insecure
Oh ,wellthe heads need shaping
needs a little more shading
not necessary ,I thinkyou need a nose and ears
eyes need better positioning
I knew it.the script that i use is same.I only draw 2 or 3 images for every battlers,so they don't have enough pose. There's not a lot of poses, I suggest you look at the template for Minkoff battlers
yes, battlers in my proj are larger than this.(just tall as FF8)Instead, it'll draw it frame by frame (regardless of original size) on the screen. Large battler sets will show large battlers on the screen, while teenie-tiny battlers will be teenie-tiny on the screen. The size is up to you.
@arctrooper48 :I explained beforeby Hellkey
I say ,I use paint ,it means I made form of the battler with it .Some effects (blur,smooth..) , I need to use PS .
I think the next time it'll :smile:Btw, can you provide the character set of the first battler you've provided? Thanks. :D
