Multiple Tile Priority

Hey,
Just wondering if there's some way to fix this  :-\

A city in my game is flooded here. However, if you look at the doors of the buildings, you might notice some errors. The transparent water is set to Priority 5, and should be on top of the doors. However, for the other tiles of the door, it appears that the door is on top of the water. Is there some way (scripting or eventing) to fix this? I tried converting the autotile into a characterset and placing it above the door, but that doesn't work because its animation is at a different frame rate than an autotile's. Hope someone can help, thanks  ^-^

You SURE that's priority 5? That looks like Priority 1 to me. See, the way Priority 1 works is that if your character is in front of it, then it goes behind, but if you are on top of or behind it, it goes on top.

Looking at your screen, the main character is under the water tile he is on, but on top of the one above him. The same is happening to your door, there.

Oh, whoops :D Yes, it's Priority 1. If I set it any higher, it messes up some of the other tiles. Hmm, what's the lowest priority that'll fix this?

EDIT: Never mind, I got it to work by creating another autotile for it. Thanks for your help  ;)
