MS Paint Pixel God?

this is old- and no, he's not that good at all. If you look at most of the stuff on his website, it isn't pixel art in any way, it's just digital paintings and stuff.

The car is cool, but he doesn't even do it by pixel. He's drawing it- and he makes a LOT of use of the curved line tool. Any skilled artist can do that with enough time on their hands.

Not pixel art at all- this guy's pretty much a guy with some artistic talents who just abuses them (ie. naming himself PIXEL GOD when he doesn't even fucking work with pixels) to become internetfamous.

There was actually a pretty huge thread at pixelation forums about this a couple of months ago and everyone (REAL SPRITERS) was pretty much not happy that this guy was taking credit for something that he is not doing.

Unless he's doing vectors all of his work is made with pixels in some form or another. He doesn't claim to be a pixel artist. The reason it's amazing is that it's done in mspaint, not that it's pixel art or even very good.

Saying he's "Not very good" is kinda bullcrap. Although, was going to point out that that wasn't pixel art. He did really good work on the shading and lighting, and I was impressed, although there was something way off about the positioning and thickness of the tires...

Compared to a lot of people, who are much better and more modest, he's not that great. If he wasn't as cocky to call himself a god (of something he doesn't even do), it'd be a completely different story.

People are just drooling over this thing when there are people who are a lot more talented- all this guy did was take a vieo of himself doing it and label himself a "god".

I'm pretty sure, in that case, that he didn't stop or sleep or piss for 52 hours and 20 minutes. If that was true, it was cut into reason.

ok, to all of you guys saying this isnt something to brag about, you're wrong. I happen to be a decent artist, and to do something like that and make it look good in MS paint is something to talk about.

So before you start opening you mouths and saying "Theres people who are better blahblahblah" stop and think about it, Really now, of COURSE their are people just as good, but they either have a SERIOUS hobby in it or do it for a carreer!!

He did an EXCELLENT job at something that is VERY hard to do from scratch.
