Mouse Based Menus?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could find/make a mouse based menu script? I've searched all over the place, and the only ones I could find were ones where you move where you click and whatnot. I only want the mouse to be used in menus (Battle, Title Screen, Menu (equip and whatnot)). And this is for XP. Thank you!

if I remember correctly, all the mouse scripts out there have a disable switch or script call.
so, just turn off the mouse script when not in the menu.
