Modern Tileset? RTP Characters?

Hey guys, does anyone know any good sites with modern tilesets (houses, schools, etc.). I've already exhausted the downloads section. Also, are there any sites with resources for the default rtp characters? Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks so much.

Did you check this thread? There's quite a bit of material on the sites linked in the first post, although most of them are not English...

On those sites, you usually check for sections listed as 'Material' either on the page or in the link destination...
