Modern city design contest

I need a city for my game so I'm doing a sort of contest whoever submits the best city design will have their design in my game and can make a npc family to be in the game.

The submissions will need a layout, and districts/neighborhoods with a list of buildings in them. The game isn't a kids game so there can be bars, strip clubs, casinos etc. The city also has a beach area in the south.

This is like asking people to draw "a cup" and getting back tea cups and coffee mugs when what you needed was something with a lid.

If you want to make this work you can start by linking to your game's development thread. Then outline the city's purpose in the game. What kind of game is this and how is it structured? Mission based? Plot walls between districts? Or is it largely decorative like a pokemon game with only 1 or 2 important buildings. Maybe you just intend the layout to display behind a location select screen?

It's like a life sim rpg kind of game so think sims, gta, stick rpg kind of mix and open world so you can just walk between districts

Also different gangs in the city need different areas
