MMBN(mega man battle network)battle system.has it been done?

I was wondering has anyone made a MMBN battle system. if so could i have the script link, if not would someone be willing to make it for us all of at least know if its possible. im just starting to usee my RMVX and XP but i want to start off woth somethin not so basic. im good at spriting but i have no scripting knowledge. but please, what would jesus do? :angel:

I'm pretty sure a guy named RPGMaker developed a full MMBN system back in the day, I'm not sure if it was ever released to the public or not though and I don't even recall if it was posted/mentioned on .org you could give it a search and see what it comes up with though.
