how I do without taking up those faggy prepaid credit cards?

I live in europe, the only thing we can get here without problem are Maestro DEBIT cards (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maestro_(debit_card))
Prepaid cards ftw. No risk of overspending and having to pay it back a million times in interest. :D
And on top of that, we have two types of them here... one which you just load once, and once the balance runs out it's gone (good for people under 13 who can't get the other type either, or if you're gonna use it for shady websites that may try to overcharge you or make multiple charges), and another which you can actually reload (which is what I have).

that's not a credit card, though, that's money that you pay to use!
the entire point of a credit card is the credit portion. prepaid cards are basically internet-compatible debit cards with a fee -- i think it's simpler to suck up to the people with the actual credit cards and reimburse them with cash monies. marginally cheaper, too.
