Missing characters from party

Hey I need some help,
In the database actors tab I have 4 party members, but when i go to battle there is only the first 2 and the last 2 are blank, but it still asks for their input although with no stats.

Also, can anyone tell me how to change the starting title screen, I have imported all the ones I want, but I can't seem to see how.

What is a good program to seperate tiles from a batch, I imported a group of faces but am having problems seperating them to put in game.

Any help is appreciated.

1. Go to the "System" Tab and make sure the "Initial Party" includes the actors you would like.

2. Within the "System" Tab, under the "System Graphics / BGM / ME / SE," change the "Title Graphic" from "001-Title01"  to whatever you want.

Oh yeah one other small thing, what size should the title screen graphic be to be full sized?

For XP, the window is 640x480 pixels wide and tall, respectively. For VX, it's somewhere around 540x420 -- I'm not sure on this one, exactly.
