Instead of making another topic you should read what people have told you.

After downloading and implementing an up to date version of the script make sure to clear out the default settings that are there, the demo is there to show what the system can do and makes use of several options you may not want to use, go to the configuration section and read the instructions, then edit it where needed.
Roxas the scripts don't come ready to be used, pay attention to the instructions in the script and also have a look at the helpfile in the Minkoff topic.

@rpgmakerxp08: you also need to clear out the configuration settings, that sprite sheet thing is most likely because you still have the original settings in place (for example with the default settings actor 1 is using a picture for a battler like in the DBS, if you used a sideview battler without modifying the configuration it would just show up as a sheet of sprites) although in future if you're having a problem you should probably make your own help topic ;)

Like he said.

The demo showcases how you can use multiple battler types at a time...
Actor 1 - RTP (default)
Actor 2 - Characterset (4 poses/4 frames)
Actor 3 - Minkoff standard (11 poses/4 frames)

You will need to clear them out and set them the way you want.  IE.. edit the configuration values as suggested.  It doesn't autodetect (though it would be good if it could).

There's a .pdf file in the main post with information on every value you can edit in the config section.
