Uploaded the (hopefully) better shields. I also tweaked the shading on the soldiers a bit.

Well, the shields look a little gradienty(sp?) to me.

Hmmm...that they do. I used the metal cabinet from one of the KnightBlade tilesets as a reference but it still didn't look much like metal. Any suggestions?

Well it should be dark but it should be all one color in the center and lighter on the outside. Metal is reflective so it reflects the light on from the ground surrounding it. If you know what I mean. (I know its not too clear)

Looks good, reminds me of Half-Life 2. Just make sure to keep the eyes on the (cops?) brighter, and the eyes on the first cop need to be further up his head.
