Wow. This just goes to show. No one knows their stuff any more. Michael Jackson was black. Look at old photos of him in the Jackson Five. It's just that some undisclosed, apparently extremely rare skin condition literally turned him white as a sheet. Yes, there were rumors of him bleaching his skin, but that's bullshit. Bleach doesn't do that to skin. Bleach damages your skin to the point where you wish you had the worst sunburn on earth, if left on long enough.

Aside from that, Michael Jackson holds the world record as the most successful entertainer on earth, was inducted in to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice, and created the most successful music album of all time.

My brother was sorta a Michael Jackson fan, but I kinda thught MJ was a wierdo.
A year ago I started listening to Off the Walls and realized how cool he was.

I learned a few things about Michael Jackson's points of insult.

Hanging out with little boys: As said, he wants to give them the childhood he never had. [In the tv biography it said that he was a bit rejected by his older brothers in the Jackson 5 who, while Mr. Jackson tried to sleep, got busy with their girlfriends]
Skin: ??? Sorry, but the disease he said he had just doesn't come up all across your body. It appears in patches slowly.

there've been a lot of rumors that he is actually a natural castrato (his larynx didn't develop normally at puberty). there was also some speculation that it was forced upon him by his father, but he did go through puberty, which wouldn't have happened were he unnaturally castrated.

abuse would not affect the chemical developmental changes in a child's physical body through puberty. the only things that would are hormonal dysfunctions, inhibitors, or the removal/damage of hormone-producing reproductive organs.

vitiligo is the disease you're referring to, and yes, it comes in patches. plastic surgery cannot add melanin to your skin, but it can bleach your skin to make it blend with the vitiligo patches, and then you have to apply makeup.

It's likely that he did have vitiligo and then had procedures done to bleach the skin a lighter color to blend it all in.

He was probably the single greatest musical entertainer in history, no-one else has influenced pretty much every musician since he started out.
