Message Windows While Moving

Im trying to have it so that there can be message windows on the screen, while the player is moving around. I am currently usimg UMS, and there doesnt seem to be any option for it. If anyone knows how to do this it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Personally, i haven't discovered, or been able to create something where you can.

EXCEPT: Show picture:text

erase when done.
