Message Scroll Help

Hey, I'd like to know how you could make dialogue scroll up in RMXP.

This picture of a dialogue scrolling up is exactly what I want to do in my game. How do I do that?

well, it's easy, of course but it isn't the only way you can do it.
a script may also help you.
