Menu I need scripted

ok I have little scripting knowledge so I can't script for crap.Only thing I need is a Menu to be made. I have a sketch of how I want it to look like any help would be grateful. thanks in advanced.

Okay. First: Typing like "HEY I WOULD LIKE..." and so on makes you look like you're screaming.
Second: Low resolution is your friend^^ cutting the image, too.

And finally: Is this menu for a game with only a single character? If so, I think I can do it. I'll try to start, but no promises! don't attach me to it.

Oh, and I may take a few days... I don't have very much things to do with my free time, but I also don't have very much of it...

Im not a scripter but this doesnt seem too hard. The same question is asked though, is it for a one character game?

If this menu is intended to be for one player, then I'm done, if not, I can make it scroll the characters in the menu by pressing L and R.
