Can someone please help me edit the default main menu and all its windows(you know equip,item,status)for it can show 43,43(the size of the images)

you need to provide alot more information than that. Firstly, XP or VX? and secondly, I have no idea what you actually want.

I'm assuming you want to resize the menu windows, which needs some simple script editing. So you might want to check out some tutorials on ruby.
