None of the series are released in order.

Did you honest read my story atleast vol 1? It explains how the heros are back. In the megaman games Extreme is spelled Xtreme that is why the other playable unite is called the Franklin Xtremeist. I've have a lot of megaman games and they never spell it extreme.J.D. Slasha":1qnw4oz8 said:There are so many things that hinder this project. The only good thing I would say is that you've neatly ripped graphics so they actually look pretty well in the default battle system, but other than that, there a plethora of thigns that need some SERIOUS serious work. For example:
"Franklin Xtremeist"?
Actually using the term "Xtreme" is enough for me to pass this up. The word is spelled "Extreme", and a more proper spelling for your group should be "Franklin Extremists". It looks a LOT more professional than "omg xtreeeeeme!!!".
I don't have the energy (or time for that matter) to go through every single one of your chapters, but from what I've skimmed through so far, I really think that you need to focus on one part at a time and really flesh them out instead of bombarding everyone with EVERYTHING. Sorry to say, but this sounds like a horrible fanfic gone awry. Another thing that I noticed:
All of the heroes are revived/resurrected out of nowhere? You should really ellaborate on that.
Y'see, it's one thing to have some story you made up and try to make a project out of it, but when you use something that already has a story and a fanbase and you mesh them this chaotically, it really looks bad.
Hope you take this into consideration.

...
(I always thought that Battle Network was kind of an alternate-universe deal or something)
er I mean
you have a lot in the way of story (it's really messy but hey props for planning it out at least) but you're giving us bupkis in regard to your characters. surely you can give us more information than "X has a heart of gold?" and why are there four megamans? this is something that you should probably flesh out a little more, since in the series itself everyone from Megaman is dead by Megaman X and Battle Network and Legends and the other stuff doesn't really fit in any way at all -- people who've played any of the games would find it a little hard to swallow that the four subseries have suddenly been mashed together.
and how exactly do your chapters work? are there really 20-odd planned installations of the series, or is this just an incredibly exhaustive backstory?

so the word extreme is now permanently xtreme? if I'm megaman and I look in the dictionary for the word "extreme" I have to look under X?
the gameboy megaman x games were made in the mid-90s I think? back then people were always trying to capitalize on grungy adrenaline culture, and the fact that it tied in with the main character's name made it an obvious choice. more recent uses are probably just because of poor translation or character limits (capcom didn't learn variable-width fonts until the PS2 came out.) "xtreme" is an incredibly awkward word to see used seriously, since it feels so cheap by this point that I can't take it at face value anymore. "xtremists" sounds more like a bunch of teenage bikers than whatever Franklin is. it's an incredibly awkward way to spell it, and I think you'd wind up with a more convincing effort if you just spelled it the old way without the extra effort made to look cool.
