Megadeth vs. Metallica

This is a subject of raging debate with many people I know. So, which do you like better, Megadeth, Metallica, or both?

Personally, I like Megadeth better, because Tornado Of Souls.

Metallica is total garbage nowadays, but so is Megadeth, sadly. Metallica really went downhill with the Black Album, and Megadeth just doesn't have that great blend of technical proficiency and hooks in their music. I can't listen to Enter Sandman or Nothing Else Matters anymore. Sure, they're ok for mainstream audiences, but I've heard them so many times I can't listen to them anymore.
