[Mecha] Orbital Frame style Template. I really need help.

Help me please!

I'm trying to design a mecha template that doesn't resemble Clest's or the ones made by the creators of Knight Blade.

I've designed it based on the designs of Zone of the Enders (Z.o.E). These Mecha are called orbital frames and essentually don't have feet. Instead, they have stubs with stabilising pads that drop down at what would be the heal.

Here are some of my refference pictures:
Jehuty
Anubis
Nieth

Please note I'm trying to get an acceptable shape before I continue, I won't add details such as hands or shading untill I can get the shape of the body and limbs better.

Also, The head is more human shape as its just a template, when I design the mecha onto the template, I will make stylised shapes etc.

EDIT 2:

I updated with an explanation of the sizes,
I also added a demo for what the foot pads will look like when deployed.

They work like a wheel on a plane, they only deploy when landing and on a surface the retract again. There will be an animation for this.

Take the legs off the bottom big one and add it to your template and it will wor much better! Legs that dip in then out always look kind of ridiculous.

I have played the game, but those mechs are flying/hovering if that is what you are going for than you need to make it look like something is levitating or propelling it.

The red circles at the back will be where i'll attach boosters and stabilisers etc. Before I animate it in a hovering stance I just want to get some feedback on the general shape.

I'm not sure if 72 hours has past... Either way, I'll accept the ban if I'm wrong.

Guys I still really need some constructive critisism on this before I turn it into the full character set templates with movements.

Is the shape okay? Is it's posture okay? Would you draw it differently? C'mon guys, rip me apart here.

Are you sure that it is actually leaning forwards and that it's not an optical illusian or trick of the eye caused by the arms of the forward and back sprites? I'll draw up some lines and look into it.

If it is infact leaning forwards, where abouts would you say it is leaning forwards from? The upper back or lower back?

And are they the only things wrong? Please don't hold back :)

EDIT:

Just checked it:

Does that mean that it is or isn't leaning? I'm not sure now...

Well from the side standing poses you can see both the left and right shoulders making it look crooked or leaning by erasing or pulling it back you can easily change that.
