Mapping Tutorial Request?

Okay, I know this will sound incredibly odd, and I mean INCREDIBLY odd, but I need a mapping tutorial.  I have not seen anything like this before, so I'm not sure if it's in the right place, but back to the main point.

Well, I am working on my RPG Maker Project, The Legend of Rin, and I have a really, really, and I mean really, crappy map that I need to improve.  The mapping tutorial I need is using the Castle Town tileset.
